- On call rota on evenings and weekends once relevant experience attained (1 week in 6)

Essential Skills & Qualities:
- Industrial knowledge/qualifications are essential in electrics/mechanical fitting
- Must have a strong mechanical engineering background covering working with pumps, conveyors and other general mechanical equipment. Being able to weld would also be preferred.
- 3-phase and control circuit electrical fault finding and repair skills.
- Min education level NVQ 3 in mechanical / electrical engineering or 18th edition electrical installations.
- The ideal candidate would live within 25miles of site (WV15 5HB) and have access to a car.
The Position:
Reporting to the Engineering team leader you will be responsible for ensuring the effective planned and reactive maintenance activities in a busy and demanding renewables plant. All PPE/workwear and tools will be provided.
Your duties will include but are not limited to the following;
- Electrical and mechanical fault find, service and repair of production line machinery
- 3 phase electrics, motors, inverters, switch gear, control panels, sensors, relays
- Maintenance and repair of machinery including conveyors, pumps, pneumatics and hydraulics
- Some facilities maintenance including lighting, heating, plumbing
