Sustainability

By continuing to invest in plant, machinery and people, in order to provide the most efficient working and production environment, Swancote Energy represents an enviable sustainable business model.

The company receives food waste products that would hitherto be sent to landfill or incineration and converts them to clean energy and organic fertiliser, whilst sorting and recycling all corresponding packaging materials.

Modern slavery

Swancote Energy does not engage in any employment practices that are defined as Modern Slavery in accordance with the 2015 Modern Slavery Act.

Staff are trained and qualified as appropriate and work at Swancote of their own free will.

Employee contracts have market standard notice periods.

We do not have any suppliers that employ staff with unacceptable working conditions as defined by the Modern Slavery Act.

Community

We aim to give back to the communities within which we operate and to help those who need support, primarily with sponsorship of various local organisations.
