A service to suit you

Whether you prefer to deliver food waste to us yourselves or if you require one of our food waste collection services, you will find us able to handle your requirements in an efficient and timely manner. If you are arranging delivery, we’ll need the food waste carrier’s licence number at the time of booking, otherwise it’s simply a matter of choosing which of our collection services best suits your requirements.

Palletised food waste collections

1-5 pallets: 

We can arrange Pallet Track collections from most mainland UK postcodes on a pre- agreed week day from 8am to 5pm (specific time according to the haulier’s schedule).

5-26 pallets: 

Using our haulage partners, we offer backhaul collections on a pre-agreed weekday from 8am to 5pm (specific time according to the haulier’s schedule). Time dedicated collections are also available on pre-agreed weekdays at a time to suit you.

Container returns:

Should you supply food waste in containers such as dolavs or pallecons, we offer a dedicated returns service on a pre-agreed weekday from 8am to 5pm (specific time according to the haulier’s schedule).

Bulk waste collections

Articulated bulk trailer:

Collections on weekdays from 8am to 5pm on a day and time agreed by yourself and the haulier. Each trailer holds up to 27 metric tonnes of solid, non-liquid food waste and will require loader or conveyor / operator to live-load upon arrival.

Skips / RoRos:

Skips and roll on roll off skips can be provided and exchanged on demand, normally within a 70 mile radius of Swancote Energy (WV15 5HB).

Dolav exchange service

We offer a dolav exchange service to contracted clients, providing an appropriate number of dolavs and lids, which the client fills before letting us know when they are ready for collection. We can collect up to 78 full dolavs at a time (subject to weight), which we then empty, wash and return within 48 hours from the time of collection. 

Liquid tanker collections

We can take up to 27,000 litres of liquid food waste per tanker. Our haulage partner can load waste from an open pit or tank, or via Bauer or Dairy outlet pipe work fittings. Please advise which fitting will be required at the time of booking. 

Stand trailers

Curtain side and bulk stand trailers are available for contracted clients to hire by the week.
